Matt and I are FINALLY doing it! We are sticking a FOR SALE BY OWNER sign in our front yard tomorrow! That's right, just in time for the 22,000 Flying Pig Marathon participants, who will run right past our house and look at our sign as well as the fact that tomorrow is also Super Sunday in Cincinnati, which means there will be over 2,000 open houses in the Tri-State. So...hopefully with the thousands of people who will be traveling about the city tomorrow, perhaps someone will like our house and want to take a look and perhaps BUY IT! If any of you know anyone looking for a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home in Hyde Park (Cincinnati), let me know. I will upload pictures soon. And if all goes well, Matt and I will be moving to Wyoming (Ohio...not the state)! Yeah!

What great planning on your part. Your house is super cute, so hopefully the right person will run or drive by and want to snatch it up.
But really Leanne, wasn't Wyoming a rival? How could you! Just kidding, Wyoming is so much fun. It has that feel of Hyde Park that you can walk so many places.
